Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS ( not including holidays/weekends)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout ( certain items have different shipping fees)

 

Shipment methods: USPS, UPS, or FEDEx

Shipment cost:

Products: $9 shipping fee ( Domestic) $50 shipping fee ( international)

Trainings: FREE shipping

Service: FREE shipping

 You will receive tracking number for any training kits or products. For products- 2-5 business days. For kits- shipping times vary depending on kit assembly for for training class/classes. You will be contacted via text or email with kit shipping updates. Services are NOT SHIPPED. You must book an appointment and receive the service IN STORE.

*We are NOT responsible for any delays or issues caused by post office, UPS, or FedEx

STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED 1 KIT PER TRAINING CLASS- IF KITS GET CONFESCATED BY TSA, LOST IN THE MAIL, OR DAMAGED. THE STUDENT IS RESPONSILIBLE AND MUST PAY FOR THEIR REPLACEMENT ON THIER ON(OUTSIDE OF REMAINING BALANCES)

FOR TRAININGS: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON PAYMENTS MADE. IF KITS OR SUPPLIES GETS DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE MAL, THE STUDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT- IN THE AMOUNT OF THE KIT- NO EXCEPTIONS. KITS ARE NEEDED FOR VIRTUAL TRAININGS.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Body Everything] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Body Everything is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

- RESULTS ARE NOT PROMISED, PEELING IS NOT PROMISED, AND MULTIPLE SKIN SESSIONS MAY BE NEEDED. NO REFUNDS ON ANY SKIN PRODUCTS

-We do apologize but we accept absolutely NO RETURNS on PRODUCTS, TRAININGS SKIN CARE PRODUCTS, BODY PEELS OR SERVICES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ON PAID SERVICES, PAID DEPOSITS OR TRAININGS

- Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted on clothing items, and waist trainers within 4 days of receiving item. Tracking number of exchange must be emailed to us within 4 days of receiving your item. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Once we receive the item back , and IF IN GOOD CONDITION TO OUR STANDARD. We will send the replacement item. Please allow 2-3 business days AFTER we receive item. Exchange must be for the same item purchased, but different size / color. NO EXHANGES AFTER 4 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM.
